Clutch is owned and grown in Houston, Texas. However, our roots run deep down into the heart of Barbados, the birthplace of rum.

Chandelier Rum
Rum as elegant and hand-crafted as the name implies. Chandelier rum is the foundation for all of Clutch Distilling’s rum variations. This rum begins its life with a wash made from food-grade black strap molasses and “first crystallization” 100% natural raw cane sugar. We emphasize food-grade for a reason because others don’t. We use the finest ingredients that are also preferred by world renowned bakers and chefs. We use a specific recipe of yeast and nutirents for our fermentation. We distill, then make the correct cuts the first time and filter to provide you with the robust flavors, aromas and needed congeners of a fine white rum. Whether in your favorite cocktail or on ice with a slice of lime, our rum will titlilate your senses.

Improving on our Chandelier rum is no easy feat. But we’ve done just that with our spiced rum. At Clutch Distilling, we hand grind a proprietary blend of spices to infuse our white rum. The slow infusion process takes just over a week, but once complete the flavor experience is unparalleled. No sugar added but sweetened with a hint of star anise, this spice rum is well balanced and perfect for any cocktail.

Shine N Grind
A lower proof blend of flavors pulled during our rum production, combined with a unique blend of coffee beans from around the world. The coffee beans are sourced and roasted by Houston's own Three Keyes Coffee company. This is a lively, fruity, light blend with subtle hints of cocoa. No sugar or artificial flavorings of any kind are added. This liqueur is smooth enough to enjoy poured over ice. Or create a truely unique cocktail with just a splash, sprinkle, stir-in or dollop of you favorite coffee addition. You can even sneak a splash into your morning coffee. We won't tell...
